Cargo that is transported commercially must be properly secured to certify the safety of the driver, employees, and motoring public. Carriers are responsible for ensuring their cargo does not shift, move, or spill onto the roadway.
Specific requirements must be followed when securing dressed lumber and any other similar building materials.
This training module is designed as a supplement course to be taken after our primary Cargo Securement training course. The average student will require approximately 8 minutes to complete both the course and quiz.
